TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. RETURN POLICY
i. Returns and Credits

A full refund or credit will be issued for resalable merchandise returned in its original, unmarked, and unsoiled packaging within 30 days of purchase, in accordance with our Refund Policy. Credit will be processed to the original payment method.

No credit will be issued for:

Used or worn merchandise showing signs of use beyond inspection.

Merchandise returned in non-resalable condition.
-
Items with missing, marked, or damaged original packaging.
-
Discontinued, clearance, or final sale items, as labeled at time of purchase.
ii. Discrepancies or Credit Annulment

Credit will not be issued for items that fail to comply with the return policy, including but not limited to items returned after 30 days, used items, or items with damaged packaging.
iii. Defective or Damaged Merchandise

Glamye assumes no responsibility for shipping damage unless reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Products found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with our warranty (see Section 2).
-
Damage resulting from drops, impact, or mishandling by the customer after delivery, including cracked or chipped glass mirror surfaces, is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered.

Defects or shipping damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Examples of reportable issues include: cracked mirror glass on arrival, non-functioning LED lighting, faulty touch sensors, or charging faults present out of the box.
iv. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

We take care to ensure every order arrives complete and as described.

If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us via email at glamyecanada@gmail.com within 48 hours for assistance.
2. WARRANTIES
-
All Glamye mirrors are covered by a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the battery, charging port, LED lighting, or touch-sensor components, as further described in our Refund Policy.

The warranty does not cover:

Cracked, chipped, or scratched glass surfaces resulting from drops or impact.
-
Damage caused by water exposure, unauthorized disassembly, or use of a non-compatible charging cable.
-
Normal cosmetic wear from extended use.
-
Abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair, or tampering with the Product voids all warranties.
-
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and will be evaluated based on the original purchase date.
3. CREDIT CARD & PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, via PayPal & Apple Pay.

Only the information necessary for purchase authorization and fraud verification will be requested.

Your payment method will be charged once the order is submitted. Shipment delays do not exempt you from this charge.
ii. Payment Disputes

Glamye reserves the right to pursue collection or legal action in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback made in bad faith.

If a payment is declined, disputed, or reversed, we may:

Delay or cancel the related shipment.
-
Deduct any amounts owed from future refunds or credits due to you.
-
Recover reasonable collection costs, including legal fees, where a dispute is found to be unwarranted.
4. PAYMENT SECURITY

We take the security of your payment information seriously.

Glamye does not store full credit card numbers on our servers; all payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal & Apple Pay).
5. SHIPPING AND SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one (1) business day after payment confirmation for orders placed before 3:00 PM, excluding weekends, statutory holidays, and peak sales periods.

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond Glamye's control.

Risk of loss and title to the Products pass to you once the Products are handed to the shipping carrier. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
6. SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax (GST/HST/PST, as required by your province of residence) is collected in accordance with provincial and federal legislation and added at checkout.
7. PRICES

Product prices listed on the Glamye website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Pricing errors, where they occur, will be corrected prior to order confirmation or on the final invoice.

Promotional and bundle pricing (e.g., Touch-Up Duo, Travel Glow Duo) applies only to the complete set as advertised and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
8. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted within the timeframe and conditions set out in our Refund Policy.

Bundled or multi-item sets must generally be returned as a complete set to remain eligible for a full refund.
9. PRODUCT CARE AND SAFE USE

Glamye Products contain a built-in rechargeable lithium battery charged via USB Type-C. Customers agree to:

Charge only with a compatible, certified USB Type-C cable.

Avoid exposure to water, excessive heat, or physical impact.
-
Never puncture, disassemble, or attempt to repair the battery or internal components.
-
Dispose of the Product in accordance with local e-waste and battery disposal regulations.
-
Products contain a glass mirror surface and should be handled and stored with care to avoid cracking or chipping.
-
Magnification levels (e.g., 1X–12X) are approximate and may vary based on distance and lighting conditions.
-
Products are intended for personal cosmetic use only and are not warranted for commercial, clinical, or resale purposes.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Glamye website, including the Glamye name, logo, product names (MiniGlow, DuoGlow, HaloMini, VanityGlow, BeautyGlow), photography, and written content, is the property of Glamye and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.
11. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Customers may not resell, or attempt to resell, Products purchased from Glamye on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms) without our prior written authorization.

Fraudulent orders, unauthorized use of payment methods, or attempts to interfere with the operation of the Site are strictly prohibited and may result in order cancellation and/or restricted access to the Site.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Glamye is not liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from Product use, misuse, or access to the Site.

Total liability for any claim relating to a Product or order will not exceed the amount paid for that Product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that province.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
